bug in pcmcia-modules?

Hello,

sorry for my request, but i got problems to get my pcmcia-cards work.

Background:

I have an old laptop/notebook. There is
1) 1x host bridge: picopower technology national pc87550 system controller
2) 2x cardbus bridges: Texas Instruments PCI1131
3) 1x isa bridge: picopower technology pt86c523 [Vesuvius v3] pci-isa bridge slave

I use this optimized live-cd: puppy wary-500, linux-kernel-2.6.31.14, http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/quirky/wary-5.0/

I would like to use two external pcmcia-II-cards, but they don't work:
1) TP-Link TF-5239
2) USB 2.0 cardbus
I suppose, both are 32-bit-cards.
I found out they work under freedos.

I attach output of lspci, lsmod and dmesg.
Is it possible, that there is anywhere a bug (e.g. in pcmcia-modules)?

I tried to get support in a special puppy-linux-forum. But there was nobody who could/did support me. I've read that pcmcia-cards did work with earlier kernels. So I suppose nobody could get the pcmcia-cards work. Would you please so kind to give me support to get my pcmcia-cards work. Then I could write in this forum to other puppy-people, howto to do this...
