Ah, we're getting closer! The CardBus bridge should be using IRQ 10, but the
BIOS does not report this.

What happens if you use

	acpi=off pci=biosirq irqfixup

or even

	acpi=off pci=biosirq irqpoll

as kernel options? Please try out inserting the USB card into _both_ sockets
(if there are two), and send the resulting "dmesg" if it fails.
