Regarding the dmidecode output: do you have CONFIG_DMI and CONFIG_DMIID enabled
in the kernel? Using a dmi-code is the preferred way to specify an override.

Also, could you re-run cbdump, please, with kernel 2.6.34-rc2 and the following
fix-up:

socket->cb_irq = 11;
dev->irq = 11;

first inserted into the working socket #1, then into the non-working socket #0?
