[git pull] more PCMCIA updates for 2.6.34 (including ioctl deprecation)

Hello!

I'm really lost! I have a laptop running under U9.1 with a pcmcia USB2.0 
card adapter (NEC Chipset); it is not recognized when typing lspcmcia.
I just have the Socket 0 Bridge: [yenta_cardbus]...

pcmciautils is the latest available (I removed it and reinstalled it)

Is the solution in changing cardbus from Yenta to something else? But 
which one and where to modify the config?
