Boot messages for 2.6.33 with the 3 pcmcia specified patches in comment #51

I applied by hand the patches from comment #51, but the result is a bit
buggy. From the context shown in the original patches, I can see that the
code from 2.6.33 is not the one these patches apply on.

I'll make my patches available in another attachment if needed.
