[PATCH 4/5] pcmcia: CodingStyle fixes

Dominik Brodowski linux at dominikbrodowski.net
Wed Mar 3 03:00:47 EST 2010

Fix most of the remaining CodingStyle issues in drivers/pcmcia , which
related to wrong indent -- PCMCIA historically used 4 spaces. Also, remove
a custom min() implementation with the generic one.
