[RFC v3] PCMCIA locking updates for 2.6.34

Hi,

I tried the current(2010/02/29) brodo/pcmcia-2.6.git#master.

The problem still happens.


>> lspcmcia -vvv is same between before and after re-plug.

it does not work after this command.

There is no /sys/kernel/debug/dynamic_debug directory in my PC.
