help withhardware for pcmcia to usb cardbus

I managed to arrange the webcam. ;-)

Kernel compilation wasn't enough. I had to install gspcav1 driver as well.

As for the external hd I tried the options you suggested. Here are the results:

sda1 sda2 and sda3 are the partitions of the internal hd. sr0 is the cdrom.

So, I don't see the external cd.
