CIS filename is too long

I could probably update the filename. However, there seems to be another
set of pcmcia drivers that have been written for wireless modem cards;
the Nozomi drivers (http://www.pharscape.org/)

These work with the PPP drivers, and SMS-Link (http://smslink.sourceforge.net/).
