OK, so

 diff -u messages-2-6-12.txt messages-2-6-13-rc1.txt 

has this:

there were large changes in cs.c between 2.6.12 and 2.6.13-rc1, but they
all look to be fairly tame cleanups.  Perhaps something broke at the PCI
level.

I'll optimistically copy Dominik, but he's been quiet lately.
