That card is a 32-bit CardBus version. I think that it is not being recognized because the bus 
behind your bridge is not getting setup properly.

The next step is to boot with the option 'pci=assign-busses' and see if that works. You definitely 
should see the card mentioned in the lspci output on bus 03:00.0. If not, post a description of the 
problem, what you have tried, and the _full_ output of dmesg and lspci -vvv to 
linux-kernel at vger.kernel.org. My abilities are not quite up to the task of sorting this out, but the 
gurus at LKML will be able to handle it.
