Cant make GPRS work correctly and affordably

Hello,

after a very big number of tries i cant figure out what's wrong.
PREFACE: I have tried two cards and two notebooks, everything works on 
Win/PocketPC. Versions and such are in the logs.

SYMPTOM: Lots of errors on serial line, cant establish ppp conn 
everytime, when i get it up ppp stucks.

LOGS: I get strange voltage settings from cardctl config and of course 
weird ppp logs, here it goes.

PLS HELP !
