Yes! i have no setserial package emerged.  
I retested some minutes ago, with http over a tgz file, (last test was on a  
rsync transfer of plain text data) and my download rate was 45.5 Kbytes/sec. 
Due this rate is near my ppp speed settings i tryed it at 921600, the average 
was always about 45Kbytes/sec but and sometimes i reached 55Kbytes/sec, i think 
i reached my umts bandwidth. (off topic: With this speed i can spend about 9 
euro/minute :(((( )
