I've added the new IDs to the pcmcia "git" tree and will push this change
for inclusion into 2.6.17. In contrast to your patch I did only add a new
ID, as the "capital letter version" did come from pcmcia-cs and I do not
want to break existing setups. Oh, and two hints for future patches you
submit: please use "diff -u", as it is more readable, and add a
Signed-off-by: line as by the policy described in
Documentation/SubmittingPatches.
