pcmciautils works with hotplug, but not udev

well, pcmcia_core and such was loaded, that wasn't the problem.  i am
back on pcmcia-cs kernel right now until i can get linux-wlan working
with pcmciautils, but here is the contents of rules.d

-rw-r--r--  1 root root 1.1K Sep 27 18:39 60-pcmcia.rules
