[ANNOUNCE] pcmciautils-010 released

pcmciautils-010 is available at

http://kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/pcmcia/

and includes these changes:

- support for pccardctl suspend, resume (requires recent -mm kernels)
- fix firmware directory
- #undef might not work on all environments; therefore use PCMCIAUTILS_VERSION
- allow pcmciautils to be run as udev helpers instead of hotplug scripts.
	To use this, set	UDEV = true	in Makefile.
