TI Cardbus 1225 interrupt problem (?)

I have a Dell Latitude CPx that I'm trying to get running with a
second ethernet (in addition to the dock) in a PCMCIA slot. The error symptom
is that none of 3 different ethernet cards show the slightest sign of being
recognized: no beeps. Xircom RBEM56G-100, Xircom CreditCard PS-CEM28, Motorola
Mariner 28.8k modem/fax/lan, all known to work in other computers.
The Xircom RBEM56G-100 worked in this computer under Windows before I
started to repurpose the computer as a Linux server.

>From what I can see, I appear to be having problems with the Cardbus
Bridge TI1225
interrupts. The error says "Fish. Please report", so I am.

I've included diagnostic output below. Let me know if you need additional
information, I'll be happy to provide it.

uname -a

I'm running FC4 release, yum-ed to get the 'latest', without much concern for
what that might actually be. Haven't recompiled anything.

dmesg output:
