Cardbus support broken since 2.6.13-rc7

Apparently, the CardBus slots do not work (unable to
apply socket power) with any kernels newer than
2.6.13-rc7 that I have tested. I believe the first
kernel it failed in was 2.6.13.2, but I have not
tested any between 2.6.13-rc7 and 2.6.13.2. If you
need any more information, I will be glad to provide
it.
