Try passing 
	reserve=0x0e000000,0x02000000
as additional boot parameter to the kernel.

Other than that: what is this for a card, what's the output of
	cardctl info
or
	pccardctl info

and
	cardctl ident
or
	pccardctl ident


Did it work with earlier kernels?
