Compaq Armada V300, *** DANGER *** unable to remove socket power

Hi!

I'm trying to resolve problem with my pcmcia network card (SMC). I have had read
known problems from http://kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/pcmcia/pcmcia.html
and have tried different kernel parameters like:
 reserve=41100000,0x5000
 reserve=41180000,0x5000
 pci=noacpi
 pci=routeirq,noacpi

.with no luck. When I put my network card to pcmcia slot I get "... *** DANGER
*** unable to remove socket power" error to kernel log.

My laptop is Compaq Armada V300 and I'm using SuSE Professional 9.3. Kernel is
default suse's kernel.

Can anyone help me with this? I'm not on the mailing list so please send copy of
your reply to me directly. Thanks!

Below are "dmesg", "/proc/iomem" and "lspci -vv" outputs.

Best regards,
 Jarkko Haapalainen
 Finland
