Ah thanks ;) it now i got into the problem myself ;) and the AVerTV is working ;) but i had to aply patch (i think this was my problem );) 
this patch i mean ; http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2944. Now to try to search Tv channels :) and the second half of my problem :) MSI CB54G2 wifi card ;).
