- 2.6.5-1.358 + pd6729 from 2.6.7-mm1 without SS_CAP_PAGE_REGS
  OK

- 2.6.5-1.358 + pd6729 from 2.6.7-mm1 with SS_CAP_PAGE_REGS
  cs: memory probe 0xa0000000-0xa0ffffff: clean.
  cs: unable to map card memory!

The newer versions of pd6729 (e.g version shipped with 2.6.10 or
2.6.7-mm2) doesn't compile with 2.6.5, so I can't test them.
