I don't have a really strong opinion.  But, if there is no overlap
between old and new tools, then there doesn't seem to be a strong
reason for one tarball.  And given my limited bandwidth for PCMCIA
these days, it's probably best to have someone else maintain the
new tools as a separate entity.
