pcnet_cs suspend/resume

Does suspend/resume work with anyone else's pcnet_cs card without having
to eject/insert it?  Mine (IBM 16-bit ethernet/modem combo) mostly
survives, but the transmitter seems dead and network connectivity is
lost until it is removed and reinserted.

I get the following message rarely when I attempt to send a ping packet
in this condition:
eth0: trigger_send() called with the transmitter busy.
