pcmciautils uses *.cis file for cis-updates?

That seems like a mistake, if you intend for pcmciautils to be a
complete replacement for pcmcia-cs.  I'd rather not maintain the
pcmcia-cs distribution just so people can get a half dozen *.cis
files...
