need help to get DWL650 Ver P (TI1510) to work on Fedora core 3 on

Hi,
I am a Linux Newbie and am using a Dlink DWL 650 Rev P
card on my IBM Thinkpad R50e. The card has the TI 1510
chipset. Interestingly my card shows up as detected in
both lspci and cardctl commands, still I am unable to
get this card to work. Please help.
Here is what i get when i use the following commands :
