All 16-bit PCMCIA cards are configured for level-mode interrupts
between the card and the PCMCIA bridge.  This has no connection with
the way interrupts are delivered to the host system by the bridge,
which depends on bridge type and whether ISA or PCI interrupts are
used for delivery.
