Could you test 2.6.11-rc4-mm1, please? It contains a (only partly broken)
patch by Linus updating the resource handling which might help in your case.

You might need to change         

#define PCIBIOS_MIN_CARDBUS_IO   0x4000

in include/asm-i386/pci.h to

#define PCIBIOS_MIN_CARDBUS_IO   0x2000

though.
