pd6729 infinite eventloop

I've reflashed the board with a new BIOS and the ACPI problem seems
to have gone away, but the "pd6729: infinite eventloop" still happens
when
I insert the pcmcia card, with a curious new line interspersed between
each of the eventloop messages, namely "IRQ 7".

I'm attaching the new dmesg and lspci -v outputs.

** PCI interrupts are no longer routed automatically. If this
** causes a device to stop working, it is probably because the
** driver failed to call pci_enable_device(). As a temporary
** workaround, the "pci=routeirq" argument restores the old
** behavior. If this argument makes the device work again,
** please email the output of "lspci" to bjorn.helgaas at hp.com
