Multiple Cardbus Bridges

Hello everyone,

I have to use 8 Cardbus Bridges on a System I manage. When I only use
one bridge, everything works fine.
But when I use more bridges lspci -v looks still fine, but *nothing*
happens when I put in a pccard, no log entry, no error message, no 
nothing. Only the the LEDs on the card show that they're getting power.
Hence no log attached.


This whole thing runs with Kernel 2.6.14.3 and the appropiate libaries
as mentioned on the webpage.

Any hint where I can dive into the code to fix this problem?
