CardBus bridge: O2 Micro, Inc. OZ6912 problem: Unable to reserve mem region

Hi all,

I am experiencing troubles making a Motorola WN825 work with my linux system.
I can't even seem to get anywhere near ndiswrapper or something like that.
The problem seems to lie with my pcmcia socket or cardbus bridge or
something. I went through a lot of old postings but I couldn't find a
suitable answer. Cardmgr claims: "no sockets found!"

I am running Suse 9.2, kernel 2.6.8-24.16 on an acer aspire laptop which is
close to 2 years old. One suspicious message I see in /var/log/messages is
the following:

PCI: Unable to reserve mem region #1:1000 at c000000 for device 0000:00:0a.0
kernel: yenta_cardbus: probe of 0000:00:0a.0 failed with error -16

I tried to read through various websites on the topic but I don't really
understand how to use sophisticated methods like kernel command line
parameters.

Finally, find below various debug outputs.

Thank you very much for your help.

	Tobi
