Failure to detect card ins/rem with pd6729

 I'm really sorry dear Komuro that starting the thread i'd had to leave it unexpectedly,
being away from home for past three weeks. But testing today your patch from 02.10.04 with
irq_mode=0 parm, seems that it finally solved my original issue. Cards ins/removals are
detected ok. I believe it can be moved to the kernel, if it not yet.
