Problems with Quicknet PhoneCARD on Linux 2.6.6

If ever someone else should habe the same trouble:

 I am now using
> cat /etc/pcmcia/quicknet.conf
device "ixj_cs"
    class "Telephony"
    module "phonedev", "ixj_pcmcia"
card "PhoneCARD"
    manfid 0x0257, 0x0600
    version "Quicknet"
    bind "ixj_cs"

now with 2.6.6 ixj drivers and pcmcia-cs 3.2.7 and now the Quicknet PhoneCard 
works perfectly: The phone is ringing again :-).
