Outstanding bug fixes

Hi,

Ok, over the last month or so, there's been several threads concerning
bug fixes which I think have had successful outcomes, but haven't really
propagated upstream.  One is the bug fix for Ico's PCMCIA controller -
I know the tested fix is somewhere buried deep in the 40 or so messages
making up the thread, but finding the _right_ one isn't easy.

So, can I ask people to explicitly send tested bug fix patches to the
list as a separate thread with an obvious "[PATCH]" at the start of
the subject line once the issue is resolved?
