[PATCH 3/3] 2.6 PXA PCMCIA

Hi,
this patch moves the PXA PCMCIA work to (hopefully) correct
usage of the platform device stuff instead of the fixed #ifdef'd
array in pxa2xx_generic.c.

This patch, together with the two previous patches, is tested over
here ona a PXA263 platform using ide-cs and a CF card and works rather
nicely.

It depends on both pxa-pcmcia.patch and pxa-pcmcia-moveheaders.patch.

Again I attach the gziped patch due to the patch file size.
