Re alignment patch.

This is a really useful patch, and hopefully it will get merged into a 
stable kernel
as soon as possible.
I patched it into 2.6.6 and it solved an obscure problem using NIC's in 
two slots on
an old laptop. I had no problems with 2.4.24 on this laptop, but 2.4.24 
seemed to
have problems with ip tunneling and route tables.
