PCMCIA link failed with test4-bk9

I cannot reproduce this problem with Linux 2.6.0-test5.  I don't think
something was fixed.  It's more likely you have some local problem.
drivers/pcmcia/Makefile has been unchanged between test4 and test5.

pcmcia_deregister_client is exported by cs.c, which should be linked into
the kernel in your configuration.

Sorry, it's not clear whether this kernel is OK for you.  Anyway,
2.6.0-test5 is OK.
