Fwd: [Bug 1446] New: Orinoco driver fails to start during boot up

I am the one that reported this bug. If there is anything I can do to
help, just point me in the right direction.

As Joshua, I'm running Arjan's kernel rpms, dunno if that should be a
problem. I use Fedora test 3 with all rawhide updates on my DELL L400
laptop.

With 2.4.22 I have this in stab:
[root@/var/lib/pcmcia]# cat stab
Socket 0: Intersil PRISM2 11 Mbps Wireless Adapter
0       network orinoco_cs      0       eth1

This is a rebranded Lucent Technologies DELL True Mobile 1150 11Mbps
Wireless LAN Adapter. I've had no problems running this card during the
2.4 series. I now tried 2.6.0-test9 (as a good Linux citizen listening
to Linus) and stumbled into this problem.
