As the 'vmp->flag' values are _set_ under the vmid_lock I would have 
expected that we'd need to check them under the same lock; after all, 
another thread might modifying them.
And one cannot guarantee that this operation is atomic, so without a 
lock I would have expected a 'READ_ONCE()' or test_bit() here.
