[PATCH] nvme-rdma: Don't update queue count when failing to set io queues

I realize that there is a problem with this modification, which may 
cause ctrl->queue_count to be inconsistent with the actual number when 
the connection is deleted.

I will resend a patch and try to explain the problem more clearly.
