[ANNOUNCE] nvmetcli 0.4 release

Hi all,

I've tagged a 0.4 release of nvmetcli at:

	git://git.infradead.org/users/hch/nvmetcli.git

and uploaded the release tarball at:

	ftp://ftp.infradead.org/pub/nvmetcli/nvmetcli-0.4.tar.gz
	ftp://ftp.infradead.org/pub/nvmetcli/nvmetcli-0.4.tar.gz.asc

This release includes a couple fixes, mostly install and packaging
related, as well as support for the Fibre Channel Transport.

I'd like to thank Mauro S. M. Rodrigues, Yi Zhang, and James Smart for
contributing to this release.
