[PATCH v2 6/7] SRP transport: Port srp_wait_for_queuecommand() to scsi-mq

Ensure that if scsi-mq is enabled that srp_wait_for_queuecommand()
waits until ongoing shost->hostt->queuecommand() calls have finished.
