Message with suspicious header

Hi,

I received an automatic email from the list saying that my message is 
being held due to suspicious header. I am still waiting for moderation 
but I would like to know why it was classified as suspicious so I don't 
make the same mistake next time, is there a way to verify this?

I used git send-email to send it.
