[PATCH] ubiattach: fix wording in usage example

[Mohammad Rahimi]

The usage example 4 describing reserved eraseblocks had awkward and
slightly incorrect phrasing ("is total flash chip eraseblocks count").
Reword it for clarity and readability without changing the meaning.
