mtd: ubifs: Problem about license header for ubifs relevant files

Hi,

I'm currently investigating UBI file system for embedded product.
I found that dual licenses (GPL-2.0 and BSD-3-Clause) are included in ubi-media.h,
but only GPL-2.0 (or later) is included in ubifs head files.

BSD license is acceptable for me, but it seems not included in ubifs relevant files.
I'd like to confirm if ubifs files are only in GPL license.
