Some cosmetic fixes to the patch "UBI: Extend UBI layer debug/messaging
capabilities".

Changes from original patch:
	- Added ptr verification @ ubi_err/ubi_msg/ubi_warn
	Removed extra printing of ubi number
	Removed new messages.
