[PATCH 3/7] Add ubifs-media.h

Copy from fs/ubifs/ubifs-media.h but not the whole file, just
what I need(SB_NODE, MST_NODE, LOG_NODE, CH_NODE, PAD_NODE,
REF_NODE).

Could I add "Auther: Artem Bityutskiy" because these files are
based on his work.
