[PATCH 052/104] ts72xx: use MTDPART_OFS_RETAIN for mtd partitioning

[Dmitry Eremin-Solenikov]

Instead of specifying a callback for dynamic partitioning, use
MTDPART_OFS_RETAIN for reserving a place near the end of flash for
RedBoot.
