[PATCH 2/2] mtd: cfi: fix writebufsize initialization

When initializing mtd->writebufsize, we must take into account
possible flash chip interleaving. Wrong writebufsize initialization
caused UBIFS recovery issues resulting in unmountable UBIFS file
system on NOR flash partitions.
