[PATCH 3/7] mtd: OneNAND: OMAP2/3: prevent regulator sleeping while OneNAND is in use

Prevent OneNAND's voltage regulator from going to sleep while
OneNAND is in use, by explicitly enabling and disabling the
regulator as appropriate.
